Context & purpose

Purpose of the SAQ is for pilot group members to self-assess their preparedness for implementing the requirements of the ISO 14083 and to better understanding which internal actions are required.
Please note that the SAQ should be read in conjuction with the provided ISO 14083 Guidance Document, as well as the ISO 14083 Standard itself.
The questions are structured along 7 topic clusters and include a total of 35 questions.

Evolution logic

The SAQ includes an automatic evaluation of the level of preparedness.
Performance is evaluated for each of the 7 topic clusters based on the answers options selected in the SAQ. The answers options are weighted according to their criticality for fulfilling the requirements of ISO 14083. Depending on the answer options selected, performance results range from little awareness to sufficient awareness, or great awareness.
Note: When “Other” is selected as an answer option, it is not included in the automatic evaluation.
